>>>Short instructions for SmarCard30 door lock The PCB Smart16 is used for SmartCard15 and for SmartCard30 door lock. You can use SmartCard30 pdf for assembling. The list of ellements and the position of the ellements you can see from the pdf in Slovene language. When the PCB is assembled, before you insert the chip, CHECK if between the PIN7 and PIN 8 is 5V DC. Resistors R5678 are in one package called 10Kohm SIP4+1 or you can use also the 10Kohm SIP8+1. >>>The operation is simple. Here is described in 4 steps. STEP 1: Writing Master card. >Switch on DIPswitch1 and then insert the telephone card that will be used as a Master card. When the card is written into memory, you hear 2 beeps. Take the card out and switch off DIPswitch1. Master card (Command card) is now written (defined). STEP2: Erasing the memory for User cards. Very important to do! If not, any card opens the door, when inserted improperly. >Switch on DIPswitch2 and then insert any telephone card. When the memory is erased, you hear 3 beeps. Take the card out and switch off DIPswitch2. Memory for User cards is now erased. STEP 3: Writing User card(s). >Insert Master card. After one beep take Master card out. Insert User card. When User card is written into memory, you hear 2 beeps. Take User card out. =>When User card is out you hear 1 short beep, when first User card is written. =>When User card is out you hear 2 short beeps, when second User card is written. =>When User card is out you hear 3 short beeps, when third User card is written. ...... =>When User card is out you hear 8(16,24,32) short beeps, when last User Card No.8 is written. =>If you try to write User card No.9, you hear 3 long beeps and on LCD is displayed: Memory Full. If you try to write User card No.9 again, User card is writen over User card No.1 and =>When User card is out you hear 1 short beep, when first User card is written. =>When User card is out you hear 2 short beeps, when second User card is written. =>When User card is out you hear 3 short beeps, when third User card is written. NOTE: How many (8,16,24 or 32) User cards you can write into memory depends on the position of DIPswitch3 and DIPswitch4. LEGEND: DIPswitch3 and DIPswitch4 are 00 => 8 User cards 0 means OFF DIPswitch3 and DIPswitch4 are 10 => 16 User cards 1 means ON DIPswitch3 and DIPswitch4 are 01 => 24 User cards DIPswitch3 and DIPswitch4 are 11 => 32 User cards STEP 4: Opening the door. >Insert User card that you have written into memory. If User card is OK, you hear 2 beeps. The relay is activated for 2 seconds after the card has been taken out. If the card is not OK or it is inserted improperly, you hear 8 short beeps. ALL actions are written on an LCD display. It is good to connect the LCD when you are not sure how SmartCard30 door lock works.
